1. Trying to please everyone :
Most of us try to act in a way to make others happy. As human beings, we want to please everyone. Trying to please everyone means always obeying, making someone feel happy or satisfied, and never hurting anyone. But no matter what we do what we say, we know that there surely will be people who will never be happy with us. So it's useless to try more than necessary to make them happy. It's just a waste of so much of our time and efforts in taking care of others.

Putting yourself down can be damaging to your self-esteem and self-confidence. That includes the word you say out loud in addition to your internal negative self-talk. Negative thoughts and words can be very believable and distort our perception of ourselves. The impact on our send of self-worth. Just know your worth and be aware of the good qualities of ourselves.
3. Living in the past :
We spend most of our time thinking about how things were better in the past. We just want the people or the situation which has to give us the happiness in the past for today. But it's just not possible and we have to accept it. Thinking about the past just leads to pain more than progress. We must realize that past is just a launchpad for our incredible future. We often want to recreate those special past moments of our life, but it's not necessary. We can meet new people, we can create new memories, we can have a new and better moment than the past which will be more and more beautiful to live with. Still, it's okay to recall and appreciate a past once in a while but, we must bring our attention to the present. We need to get inspired by the past not get depressed by them.
3. Fearing changes :
We fear change because we are not sure that will that change be good or bad. We just cannot anticipate the outcome. But the change is a must. We cannot stay the same our whole life. Avoiding vital or necessary changes due to fear of not being sure can increase your stress and lead to harmful situations than you are right now. It's better to take risks than being regret not taking a chance of changing. Changing means evolving or growing. So it's an important thing. It helps us feel energized, learn new things, become a better personality, and much more. So just remember if you want to grow and be successful in life then change is inevitable.
5. Over-thinking :
Over-thinking is creating an illusion inside our mind constantly and repeatedly again and again about the same situation without dealing with it by taking action. It often leads to depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. It creates a feeling of distress and restlessness that will lead to all these disorders. Over-thinking may also cause excessive activity in your brain that can be harmful to you. One Harvard study found that excessive brain activity depletes an essential protein- and that may actually shorten human life.
